Black Diamond Farms Inc. is a fantastic farm in Harvel, Ill. Growing fresh produce for over five generations, Black Diamond Farms Inc. is the epitome of tradition in Illinois. The family wanted to continue their legacy of making a great product with a new image. Black Diamond Farms Inc. needed a look that represented tradition while being modern. With this in mind, I took the two distinct elements from the title, black, and diamond, and began creating images that promoted loyalty. In the end, I went with a classic yet sort of edgy black look that perpetuates timelessness. Additionally, the other challenge when creating this re-brand was to produce items that looked good and were functional. The farm industry is all about practicality, so I ensured every design for Black Diamond Farm Inc. was not in vain.
