The MedTech Color website redesign was developed to enhance the organization’s brand presence while creating a visually engaging platform that reflects its mission. MedTech Color’s primary goal is to foster a community of leaders of color in the medical device industry, with a focus on professional development, thought leadership, and increasing diversity within executive roles. The design process centered on extending the brand’s identity through captivating visuals and a welcoming user experience, essential for inspiring industry professionals and potential new members.
To address the limited availability of high-quality event photos, character illustrations were incorporated to add personality and relatability, making the MedTech field feel more inclusive and approachable. The design blends a modern aesthetic with a community-centered tone, using warm, diverse imagery and dynamic layouts that reflect MedTech Color’s values and mission. Through thoughtful wireframing, mockups, and intuitive navigation, the site creates a compelling digital presence that encourages professionals of color to connect, grow, and thrive within the medical device industry. This project highlights the ability to create a robust brand extension that is visually appealing while deeply resonant with the organization’s purpose.
