The Black AD Alliance is dedicated to promoting the growth, development, and elevation of Black athletics administrators at the Division I level. “What started as a support group to discuss our thoughts and feelings about George Floyd, racial equality, and how we planned to lead our student-athletes during these troubling times, to what now is a premier advocacy group for intercollegiate athletics is an amazing feat,” said Tim Duncan, University of New Orleans’ Director of Athletics. The Black AD Alliance needed a brand that was professional, rooted in the Black experience and dynamic to different school colors the Athletic Directors represented. In the end, a brand emerged that allowed The Black AD Alliance to set a new standard in academic identity excellence.
