Kansas City, Missouri, 1990. On the eve of Saturday-Morning Cartoons, one of the most-beloved cereal box characters goes missing near a top-secret manufacturing plant. On the same night, a group of seemingly cereal strangers meet at a party in the nearby town. Suddenly, word breaks out of the kidnapping and possible murder. The First Steps

The murder mystery party begins with three simple steps.

Step One: Choose a cereal

Step Two: Put together a costume based on that cereal

Example: Raisin Bran = Ned Stark because he *raised Bran*

Step Three: Make a dish to share based on that cereal*

*No marshmallow bar aka rice krispie type-treats allowed*

There is more than one way to win the mystery!!

Best Cereal Costume

Come in a costume based on the cereal you chose.  Come as the mascot for your cereal… or be more creative with the theme of the cereal box! You will be judged on costume and character. 

Best Cereal Dish

Make a dish to share (sweet or savory) that incorporates your chosen cereal! Dishes will be judged based on: presentation, taste, and use of cereal

One last thing!!!!!

Each guest needs to submit their own contact information. Shortly after every guest submits their information, you each will receive an email packet describing your role in the mystery; which includes minor character script lines and overall rules of the night. This packet is FOR YOUR EYES ONLY. Who knows… you might have to sabotage a friend or a significant other to win the game.
