Pro Tip:
It's Not About
The Destination
It's obviously about the journey. Today's tip looks at how storytelling creates better content and products for consumers.

Oftentimes, we create or sell products based our business goals and not what the consumer (the user) really wants. We think… If we build it, they will come. Whether you realize it or not, consumers typically operate as heroes trying to complete a task. If we thought more about their journeys to solving a task, we could build better products that match our goals and their goals. One of the ways to be better creators is through story mapping.
